The
Symposium aims to provide the right environment for exchange of
ideas and experience between the members of the Biomedical Engineering
community in Europe. Participation of our alumni from the European
Postgraduate Course on Biomedical Engineering, organized at the
University of Patras since 1990, in collaboration with 25 other
European Universities, is expected to be high again.
The
Symposium will be combined with the 3rd Summer
School on Emerging Technologies in Biomedicine, organized at the same
place from the 2nd to 7th July 2006,
providing a unique occasion for young engineers and scientists to be
informed on the latest developments in biomedical technology.
